Track Chain Assembly, Built to OEM Pitch and Link Count: A 171mm pitch, 40 link dozer track chain assembly for Case class machines. Pitch has to match the sprocket tooth spacing — a chain that sits wrong on the teeth climbs them instead of rolling.
Sealed and Lubricated Track Chain — SALT: Every pin is drilled with an oil reservoir and sealed at both ends, so the pin and bushing joint stays lubricated through the whole service life instead of relying on assembly grease. Sealed and lubricated track runs cooler and wears 30 to 50 per cent longer than a dry chain.
Induction-Hardened Pins and Bushings: Pin and bushing wear surfaces are hardened before assembly, and the rails are heat-treated boron steel — hardness where the wear actually happens, not just on the outside of the link.
Drop-Forged Track Link Assembly, Not Cast: Forged link bodies take impact without chipping at the rail, which is how cast links fail on rock and demolition work.
