Track Chain Assembly, Built to OEM Pitch and Link Count: A 171mm pitch, 44 link excavator track chain assembly for Atlas-Copco class machines. Pitch has to match the sprocket tooth spacing — a chain that sits wrong on the teeth climbs them instead of rolling.
Sealed and Greased Track Chain: Polyurethane seals at each bushing end hold the factory grease in the pin and bushing joint and keep abrasive grit out, so the joint stays lubricated and the rail wear stays even. Greased at assembly, sealed for life.
Induction-Hardened Pins and Bushings: Pin and bushing wear surfaces are hardened before assembly, and the rails are heat-treated boron steel — hardness where the wear actually happens, not just on the outside of the link.
Drop-Forged Track Link Assembly, Not Cast: Forged link bodies take impact without chipping at the rail, which is how cast links fail on rock and demolition work.
