Features and Benefits
Excavator Steel Track Group: This 450x154x40 steel track group is a set of two fully assembled tracks with bolt-on grouser shoes, a direct replacement on the standard undercarriage.
Induction-Hardened Rails: Heat-treated and tempered link bodies resist cracking under shock loads, while induction-hardened rail surfaces hold their profile as pins and bushings wear in.
Manganese Grouser Shoes: Shoes are milled from manganese steel with mud holes punched through, keeping the undercarriage clear in wet clay and letting each shoe be replaced on its own.
Bolt-On in One Shift: One order covers both sides, fully assembled with grouser shoes torqued, fitting the existing undercarriage and leaving the rollers, idlers and sprockets untouched.
Guide Width Fitment: The 45 mm guide, 154 mm pitch and 40 links match the original undercarriage, so the track runs true on the rollers instead of climbing the sprocket.
Grip on Rock and Demolition Rubble: Deep grouser shoes hold on rock, slag and broken concrete, surfaces that cut and tear a rubber track apart on demolition and scrap work.
Less Downtime on Abrasive Ground: Where rubber tears on rubble the steel track keeps digging, so replacement spend and unplanned downtime both fall across the working life of the undercarriage.
