  • Sealed and Greased Track Chain: Polyurethane seals at each bushing end hold the factory grease in the pin and bushing joint and keep abrasive grit out, so the joint stays lubricated and the rail wear stays even. Greased at assembly, sealed for life.

  • Induction-Hardened Pins and Bushings: Pin and bushing wear surfaces are hardened before assembly, and the rails are heat-treated boron steel — hardness where the wear actually happens, not just on the outside of the link.

  • Drop-Forged Track Link Assembly, Not Cast: Forged link bodies take impact without chipping at the rail, which is how cast links fail on rock and demolition work.
